2. What data we collect

We collect data you provide directly: your name and email address when you use the Lost Opportunity Calculator and request a PDF summary. We also collect standard server log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) automatically when you visit the site. If you accept cookies, we collect analytics data via Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site.

3. How we use your data

We use your name and email to send you the PDF summary you requested and to follow up with information about Eloida that may be relevant to your business. We use analytics data to improve the website. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

For users in the EU and UK, our legal basis for processing your contact details is your consent, given when you submit the calculator form. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing connect@eloida.io. Our legal basis for analytics is also consent, given via the cookie banner.

5. Data retention

We retain contact form submissions for up to 24 months. Analytics data is retained per Google's default retention settings. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR (and UK GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email connect@eloida.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
